Affiliation Policy

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of PANGEA WANDERERS, an online travel agency. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Agreement

This affiliate agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the PANGEA WANDERERS Affiliate Program. By submitting the membership application, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you will promote PANGEA WANDERERS on your website, blog or social media channels. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining your website or social media channels, including the accuracy and adequacy of any information or content posted. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotions do not infringe any rights of third parties.

Affiliate Commission

You will earn a commission on the net booking amount for each completed booking made via your referral link. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate agreement. Commission payments will be made monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold of USD $50. If the minimum payment threshold is not met, the commission will be carried over to the following month.

Promotion Restrictions

You are not allowed to use illegal or unethical methods to promote PANGEA WANDERERS, including spam, unsolicited email or any other method that violates our policies. You are not permitted to bid on trademark terms, including “PANGEA WANDERERS” or any variation thereof, in any search engine marketing campaign.

Intellectual property rights

PANGEA WANDERERS retains all property and intellectual property rights in the logos, trademarks and other promotional materials provided. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the materials provided solely for the purpose of promoting PANGEA WANDERERS.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately terminate and you must remove all promotional materials from your website or social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

PANGEA WANDERERS shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits or data related to this agreement or the affiliate program.

Applicable law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
